When leaving a comment, we should be positive. below are 3 scenarios.
Scene 1. I really like your work. It's very inspiring.
Scene 2. I really hate the part where the main character kissed the wrong guy. I don't like it at all.
Scene 3. You're work is very inspiring. There is one part which could have been better like that part where the main character kissed another person. Anyway, I like it.
What did you notice?
On scene 1, It's pure positive. Some people would think that your comment is scripted but some would appreciate it.
On scene 2, It's pure negative. Some people will think that you are not kind and you are the wrong kind. They will never follow you back or read your stories.
On scene 3, We used the sandwich method. We start with a nice phrase then we go to the part which was not very considerable then we give out our conclusion. Did you notice that scene 3 is pure positive as well? There is a part which could be negative but we did not use the words "Not" or "Wrong" "Hate". Therefore, It would still sound positive for the ready.
You can use method one if you are a beginner and use method 2 if you think you are intermediate level.
