All I can say is "I'm sorry"

"Are you okay, is everything alright?"
You asked me,
And I cried, mentally.
It hurt me to know that someone cares.
Because all I've caused is pain,
For you and everyone around me.
And I'm sorry,
I'm sorry that all I can do is say sorry.
I'm sorry that I can't change,
I'm sorry that all I do is hurtful,
I'm sorry to you and everyone I've hurt.
