The last thing I had remembered was going to the bathroom, throwing up everywhere.. seeing blood on the floor, and then everything went black.

I woke up in the hospital.. very confused. The doctor came in moments later, looking not to pleased.. as if something was REALLY wrong.

"What happened? Is my boyfriend here?" I frantically asked.

"I am sure he is. I will get your boyfriend. Y/N what I am about to tell you won't be easy to hear. Would you like your boyfriend here?"

I then looked back up at the doctor, worried. "Yes, please."

"What's his name hun?"

"Joseph Sugg."

The doctor then walked out and moments later, in came Joe. I immediately bursed into tears as he rushed to my side and kissed my forehead repeating how much he loves me over and over.

The doctor came in and waited patiently until we gave her our attention.

"Joe, there is something the doctor wants to tell us, but I wanted to wait until you were here."

"Uhm is everything okay," he glanced at the doctor and she began to speak.

"Y/N and Joseph, This is not an unusual thing that happened to you two. Y/N, you were pregnant."

We both looked at each other in shock then back at the doctor.

"What do you mean by 'were'?" Joe asked.

The doctor looked at the ground sadly, then back up.

"The bleeding and passing out is normal and I am so sorry to say this but I am afraid Y/N has had a miscarriage. I am so sorry. I am sure this is not easy to hear."

I immediately looked at Joe with sadness in my eyes and burst into tears. He took me into his arms and we just sat and cried which felt like forever.

The doctor quietly spoke up after a minute.

"I understand you two are together, but Joe, can we get you to come in to do a few tests, just so we can make sure you were the father etc?"

"Yes mam."

Sure enough the results told us Joe was the father.

I talked to Dylan before leaving and he gave me a huge hug and told me he was gonna stay in the UK for a couple more weeks so he can be there for me and Joe.

We drove home in complete silence listening to the huge thinderstorm and rain falling on the roof of the car.

'How could I have not known?' I asked myself.

Me and Joe always used protection. I had only tried a pregnancy test once.. but that time it was negative. I noticed how my belly was enlarging.. but all that time, I never even thought about it.

"I am an idiot." I whispered under my breath.

Joe slammed on his breaks and pulled over.

He looked at me with anger in his eyes.

"You are not an idiot, Y/N! Neither of us knew this was happening! It's my fault for making sure we didn't have better protection! Y/N I want you to know that I love you. I would have stayed by your side through the whole pregnancy. Even though things turned out like this.. I am just glad I have you. If this is something you want to try again, I will do it. Because I love you Y/F/N. Nothing will stop me from loving you."
