I Don't Wanna Lose You

I let out heavy sobs as I sat next to the love of my life. Ashley and I were in the hospital. We were in a car accident. I only suffered a few scratches and a sprained wrist. Ashley, however, had a broken leg, a couple of cuts, and to top it all, they were saying how he wouldn't wake up from his coma. The guys had came running over once I called them to meet me here.

I was sitting here, crying my eyes out waiting for Ashley to open his beautiful brown eyes. I was sure my eyes were super red. A hand touched me and saw it was Jinxx.

"It's going to be ok, Andy, he will wake up." I nodded but continued to cry. Jinxx said nothing more but hugged me. They all did.

"He can't be g-gone.." I sobbed hiccuping hard wiping my face.

"He's going to pull through Andy," CC said. "Just wait." sure hope he was right. I can't imagine life without the love of my life. We married a year ago. We were thinking about having babies, traveling the world, everything. He has to be strong...I have to be strong.

A couple of weeks went by and Ashley still wasn't waking up. Everyone was starting to loose hope a d the doctors wanted to pull the plug but I refused. Ashley will wake up, even if it tales weeks...months..years. I will still stand by his side.

I was currently in the hospital, watching Ashley sleep peacefully. He looked like an Angel. My hand combed through his hair, and down his face. I leaned over to kiss his cheek softly. My eyes started swelling up with tears.

"I love you, Ashley.." I breathed. "I love you so much."

I looked at the time and figured it was time to for home. I gave Ashley one last kiss and t head urned to leave when I heard groaning behind me.

"A-Andy?"

No, no I'm just hearing things...that's not Ashley.

"Andy, is that you?"

I slowly turned around and my eyes seemed to pop out of my sockets.

Ashley was awake. I walked over to him slowly while crying like the big baby I was.

"Oh, Andy."

I gave Andy the biggest hug and I never wanted to let him go.

"Ashley.." I sobbed. "Ashley I thought I'd lost you."

"Andy," Ashley looked at me with those big brown eyes. He held his hand to my face and rubbed it soothingly while wiping my tears. I smiled and held his hand where his was on my face.

"I love you."

"I love you too..lay with me?" I smiled weakly and took off my shoes and climbed into the bed beside Ashley wrapping my hands around him. I pulled him close to me taking in his sent that I love so much: bubble mint. I smiled down at Ashley and kissed his forehead.

"What about the others?" he asked resting his head on the pillow.

"I'll tell them in the morning, for now..let's just enjoy the moment." Ashley hummed in response cuddling up next to me.

"I was scared Andy," I looked down at him with a slight frown.

"Like I was in a dark place....I could hear things but I could see, I couldn't talk, It was scary Andy.." he whimpered. I held my baby tighter then I did a d rocked him back and forth.

"Shhh, It's ok baby I'm here." I whispered as he continued to cry. After Ashley finished crying, he snuggled more onto me and relaxed.

"Feel better baby?" I mumbled. He nodded weakly and soon feel asleep in my arms. All that crying must've made him tired. I watched him for a little while, making me smile. I was blessed. Ashley's a fighter..my little outlaw fighter. I kissed him one last time before falling asleep with my little miracle in my arms.
