I remember a time
When there was no fear
I remember a time
When everyone was safe here
No it's filled with pain
And filled with tears
Where almost everyone is insane
And runs away from their fears
I love to remember
When everyone was happy
I love the little reminders
Of when everybody was free
Remember the day
When we could laugh
When we could play
Without facing life's wrath
I want to remember
But my life is filled with forget
I need a reminder
Of the life I forgot
