"Ummm." I groan sleepily when something woke me up.

"Happy birthday Pangs.." I heard Alex murmured near my ear that made me ticklish na napamulat ang mata ko.

"Babe.." I turned to face him still half awake pero agad nitong sinalikop ang labi ko para bigyan ako ng isang mainit na halik na agad ko namang tinugunan. Tuluyan ng nawala ang antok ko. I'm so absorbed with our kiss that I didn't notice what Alex's hand is doing until I felt a cold, metal in my left ring finger.

"Nagustuhan mo?" he asked after our lips parted and I'm now gazing at the big sparkling diamond in my finger.

"I-I love it, it's so beautiful pangs." I whispered, as I stared at the ring. Wide eyed. "And look so expensive." I can't help to add.

Aside from the big diamond in the center, the entire platinum band is decorated with small sparkling stone that resembles an eternity ring. Alex must have spent a big fortune for this ring alone, and knowing how much he already spent for our wedding band that we both designed, he already spent millions sa singsing pa lang namin.

"Money is nothing for you baby." inangat nito ang kamay ko and kissed the ring in my finger. "This ring is the symbol of my love for you, you hold my heart into your hand forever.."

"Oh Alex.." I wrapped my arms to his neck. He's full of surprises and there's no end of his sweetness na hindi matatawaran ang kasiyahan ko. Nagulat pa ako ng mapagawi ang mata ko sa side table at napansin ko ang oras sa alarm clock.

"Babes, it's only midnight." gulat na sabi ko sa kanya.

"I'm sorry Pangs..I wanted to be the first one to greet you on your birthday kaya inabangan ko talaga ang oras, this is your first birthday that we are together that I don't want anyone beats me in greeting you a happy birthday my panggu." He lean away from me and hold my face. "Besides, hindi rin ako makakatulog knowing we are hours away to our big day."

I smiled. I felt the same, kung hindi nga lang ako buntis malamang hindi rin ako makakatulog sa excitement, pero dahil na rin sa pagod dahil naglipat kami ng condo kanina kaya nakatulog kaagad ako ng maaga.

Hindi ko akalain that Alex can be this responsible and organize, basta nagdesisyun ito sa isang bagay, he will do everything para magawa niya ito kaagad. In a short time, nagawa nitong maayos ang lahat ng dapat ayusin bago dumating ang braw ng kasal namin.

Including buying our new four bedroom condo.

Gusto niya na magsimula ang bagong yugto ng buhay namin sa bagong tahanan na binili niya para sa aming tatlo ng anak niya. Condo pa rin ang binili nito but triple the size of my place, we decided that right now it's more convenient for us to stay in a building rather than in a house pag nandito kami sa Maynila para malapit sa lahat.

"The night is still long pangs, don't tell me you are going to stay awake hanggang mag umaga, baka mamaya niyan tulugan mo ako sa oras ng kasal natin."

His hands rubbed my hips and squeezed it. "I know of something that will help me sleep..babes."

I felt the tension building in the pit of my stomach right away. A simple touch from Alex always make my hormones to go overdrive, halos ilang beses kaming nagtatalik sa isang araw but it seems we can't get enough of each other.

"And what it will be..tell me." I asked him innocently. I shivered when his hand lifted the hem of my nighties and his warm hand touched my bare skin.

"It's better if I will show it to you.." he said, breathing hard.

He cupped the back of my head and kissed me wildly, our tongue fused habang ang isang kamay nito minamasahe ang balakang ko, paakyat sa tiyan till it reached my bare breast na napaungol ako. Naglakbay ang labi niya sa pisngi ko, sa sensitibong parte na malapit sa tenga untill he reached the skin between my breast.
