Okay, this definitely helped me out, since I'm practically an insomniac, so here you go!
How to Fall asleep Faster:
-make sure there are no lights on, and the room is dark. (if nightlight, try facing away from it)
-the colder the room is, the quicker you fall asleep! Keep the fan / air conditioning on while you're at school to come home to a cool room!
-Take a shower to calm your body and relax yourself!
-refrain from going on your phone while in bed, it can hurt your eyes!
-if you're in your bed for more than 30 minutes, and can't fall asleep, get up! if you stay laying down, you'll be teaching your body not to fall asleep when lying down for extended periods of time!
-change your angles, and try to keep your neck straight
-press your glabella (area between your eyebrows) for twenty seconds, and release!
