Newton sat up, holding his head from pain. There were some random lines, distorting his vision. He waved his hand in front of his face, wondering where the lines were. He looked shocked.

They were right in his face.

He had cracked.

He stood up and looked over at (name), who was lying on the ground un-conscience, her back facing him. He walked over to her, tripping a bit due to the fact his sight was messed around. He fell to his knees, next to her, and nudged her side. She didn't respond, causing some worry in Newton's mind. He put both hands on her and shook her, trying to wake her up.

No response.

He started getting scared, yelling her name. She did not move, nor talk. He rolled her over, lying her on her back, to see her face. Her eyes were closed, she looked at peace. He couldn't just leave her their like that, he had to do something.

"Maybe she'll wake up if she is back to her normal self..."

He said, holding her hand. Sighing, he slid his arms under her back and knees, picking her up and resting her head on his shoulder. At least she was lighter when she was SackGirl. He carried her to the portal, making sure the coordinates were correct. He didn't want to go back there. He liked being with her, where they would both be equal. He wanted to be the hero for once. But now was a time of need, so he tried to forget about his needs and just focused on her, walking into the portal with his eyes squeezed shut.

A portal opened, just a few blocks away from (Name)'s home. She was thrown out of the big black hole, landing on her back, sliding to a stop. It wasn't the best feeling for her head to be thrown at the ground, but at least she was back home. Her head leaned over to the side, her mind still glitching slightly. Soon after she was out, Newton came out as well, landing on top of her. He was back to being a couple inches tall, which is exactly what he didn't want. He jumped off of her and walked over under her chin. He lied down next to her neck, above her shoulder, waiting for her to wake up. He would talk quietly to her, little things, to help her maybe hear the real world and a voice she recognized.

She fluttered her heavy eyes open, slowly getting herself together. She tried to lift herself up, but failed, gravity dragging her back down to earth. She just turned her head and looked at the sky, "That's a nice cloud. I like that cloud." Newton noticed her sudden movement and stood up, walking over to her eye level, "Thank goodness you're awake." (Name) turned her head to the side, again, to look at him, squinting to get in focus. Her eyes widened when she saw his face, making her sit up, shocked.

"What? Is something wrong? Do you not remember me?"

She shook her head no and placed him in her hand. She put her hand sideways behind him, something for him to lean on. She was almost crying, her eyes just looked wet. "You're cracked." she said gingerly, her voice cracking as well.

"Yes, I know. I'll get used to it, don't worry. Are you ok? There was a lot of hurt back there."

"Yeah but..."
(Name) brought him closer, squinting her eyes to see the cracks better. A tear streamed down her face. He cringed and looked down, feeling sorry for himself, and the fact she was worried about him.
"With this I don't think you can be human... Imagine what would happen..."
She brought him away from her face, to make things less awkward.

"So... We're back here and you're well. What now?"

"I've got to fix you!!"

His eyes widened, surprised. He stood up and held his hands out, gesturing a 'no' by shaking them back and forth.

"No nonono, you misunderstand. I'm fine, I don't need to be fixed."

"Nope!"

Newton tried to jump down, but (name) quickly clasped her hands down onto him, closing him in her little hand-box. He kept trying to push out, as hard as he could. It only tickled (name).
