After leaving WCD for the academy, Mackenzie's life went slightly down hill from there. At the academy, Mackenzie did not turn out as popular as she was at WCD but still enjoyed it. For a year, her dad went slightly broke after business failed to Mackenzie's horror and had to live the simple life like Nikki's.
After she went to her aunt's fashion academy to study professional fashion and because of her so called "perfect knowledge in fashion" (and the fact her aunt owns the university) She graduated a year early and immediately went to work with famous celebrity's like Rihanna and Nicki Minaj.
She also met a fashion artist called Caesar and started dating him. She met Brandon at a few of her events but had got over him after not seeing him for so long.
She has not seen Nikki Since leaving WCD and still thinks she will be a total dork. As for Jessica? She has not seen her either for so long.
Currently, she lives near New York in her mansion with Caesar funded by her parents.
