I made my way down the dark hallway towards Shawn's room. I looked behind me making eye contact with the guards. They had straight dark faces that made you shiver. I lifted my purse on my shoulder higher letting out a big sigh. They opened the larger, grey door revealing Shawn sitting on the ground banging his head against the wall. His forehead was bruised and bloody.

"Y/n, I'm so glad you're here!" he said hugging my feet.

"How are you baby?" I asked bending down to his level holding his face.

"I miss you, I miss laying in bed with you" he replied sighing.

He hard dark circles around his eyes and he was pale and skinny.

"I miss you too Shawnie" I said sitting on the bed with him.

"When do I get to come out y/n? I don't wanna be here anymore" he said nestling his head into my chest.

"I know you don't baby, but what you did was horrible and it could be never forgiven so they have to keep you in here" I sighed petting his head.

He looked up at me with anger. He exhaled through his nose and flipped the metal chair next to him. He paced back and forth around the room.

"I didn't do anything!" He yelled.

It made me jump and the guard looked inside to make sure I was okay. I nodded at them as they walked away. I covered my face and sighed audibly.

"Shawn, you need to watch your temper so you can get out of here early" I said trying to grab his hand.

He nodded and sat down with me again. He looked up at me with teary eyes.

"I just miss you, I miss my home, I miss my family" he sobbed.

"And they miss you just as much Shawn" I said cupping his face.

He smiled and kissed my cheek. His lips were cracked and cold. I didn't like seeing him like this, but what he did was madly terrible and he needed to be locked up.

"I have to go" I sighed.

"No, don't leave! I barely got to see you!" he said grabbing my hand trying to pull me back.

I ripped from his grip moving away from him. I shook my head running outside of his cell.

"y/n! Don't leave me y/N!" he sobbed loudly holding his face to the now locked door.

He reached out for me sobbing uncontrollably. I wiped away the tears looking back at his hopeless face. Nothing in the world made me more sad then to see his face being drained by this dull hell hole. But he needs to be here, forever.
