i went to the library to spend some time alone, to think about some things. i grabbed a book and even before i could start reading them, someone already took it away from me. it was you.
"미안해 (mianhae)." you said, lifting up the book so i wouldn't be able to reach them. you grew taller for the past few months so it wasn't easy for me reaching them.
"for what?" i asked you back.
"what do you mean 'for what'?"
"why are you apologizing?"
you paused for a moment, "i don't know. i just feel like i should. i think i acted like a jerk?"
"you think?"
you paused again. "okay, i'm a jerk."
"why are you a jerk?"
"i...i don't know."
i was finally able to reach the book. i looked, "really? you don't know why you're apologizing? okay then, i also don't know why i should forgive you." i said, then walked away.
