hello darling.
I still think you have the wrong number.
Xoe I doubt I have the wrong number.
she gasped softly causing her mother to give her a look full of suspicion. Xoe smiled at her mother and nodded her head in apology. glancing back down at her phone she grew terrified. her fingers trembled as she typed him back.
how do you know my name?
who doesn't know your name?
she squeezed her eyes shut remembering the night everything happened and she shuttered in disgust slowly growing more depressed.
touché. fine, creep, I at least deserve your name.
there's nothing special in a name darling.
Xoe.
Excuse me?
My name is Xoe. Please call me by it.
I prefer darling.
goodnight stranger.
goodnight darling.
Xoe bit the inside of her cheek to keep the small grin hidden that grew on her face. though a ball of fear grew in her chest she couldn't help but feel slightly intrigued at why he's taken such a interest on her. climbing up the steps and into her room she lay on her bed and fall asleep wondering if he'd text her tomorrow.
see you at school. (undelivered)
