I watched her walk down the hallway attached with another guy. That should be me. I feel like I'm drowning without her love. I felt like I was getting beaten up by this girl that didn't really care that much about me. We were madly in love, until she felt like she was growing apart from me. I felt the complete opposite. I wanted to be with her. I needed her and she left me heartbroken.

"Mr. Mendes!" my music teacher shouted at me down the hallway breaking my focus.

"Oh hello Mr. Young" I sighed.

"I was wondering if you would perform at our assembly tomorrow?" he asked kindly.

He pushed his glasses back up on his face.

"Anything new in the vault?" he chuckled.

I looked at y/n one last time smirking.

"Oh I might have something new whipped up" I replied.

"Excellent! So I'll see you tomorrow?" he smiled.

I smiled back and nodded.

I watched the crowd gather around the gym waiting patiently for me to start. I searched the crowd and found her standing there with her friends. She was eyeballing me and it was making me uncomfortable. I sighed into the microphone and closed my eyes.

"I thought I've been hurt before. But no ones ever left me quite this sore. Your words cut deeper than a knife. Now I need someone to breathe me back to life" I sang sweetly.

"Gotta feeling that I'm going under. But I know that I'll make it out alive, if I quit calling you my lover, move on" I continued.

"You watch me bleed until I can't breathe, I'm shaking. Falling onto my knees! And now that I'm without your kisses, I'll be needing stitches!" I sang as a crowd of girls gathered around me.

Even y/n was in the crowd watching me as tears filled her eyes.

"Tripping over myself, I'm aching. begging you to come help, and now that I'm without your kisses I'll be needing stitches"

The crowd went wild and cheered for me crazily. She ran out of the gym covering her face filled with tears. I put my guitar down feeling guilty as hell. I stood up watching her leave feeling the pain that once filled my heart pour out. I sang the last words into the microphone hoping she would come back.

"And now that, I'm without your kisses, I'll be needing stitches..."
