When picking a cast for your story, people tend to come up with the perfect, over the top woman or man. I prefer it to be realistic. Or I won't read it. Simple as that. I have a low tolerance for dumb shit. No guys with 14-inch dicks or girls that are always super sexy and light skinned. Realize that not all trap queens and drug dealing goddesses are light skin--every Black is beautiful. And not all urban characters have to be Black either. I personally know people outside Black, who act just like us, and aren't trying to be rude and shady with it. I love reading diverse stories. It's different.
