"Morning." I said to my mom as I walked in the kitchen
"Morning sweetheart." She smiled I smiled back and sat down on a stool
"So you and Alex?" She raised a brow
"We're just friends mom." I said
"You sure? You used to like her before." She said I chuckled
"I still do...but she just broke up with her boyfriend." I shrugged
"Oh really? What happened?" She asked

"He cheated on her." I said
"That's a shame, he was such a nice young man." She sad I rolled my eyes
"He's everything but nice momma." I said
"Well I hope she's ok." She said I nodded
"She's fine." I said as images of her from yesterday came to my mind

"I mean she's ok." I said shaking my dirty thoughts away
"Morning." Gilinsky said walking in I nodded

"Morning Jack." My mom smiled at him
"Where were you yesterday?" Gilinsky smirked
"I went to pick up Alex." I shrugged
"Well yea but that only takes like fifteen minutes but you came back four hours later." He chuckled I rolled my eyes
"We went to get ice cream and just lost track of time." I said
"That Dylan guy came by their house around four." He said
"How do you know?" I asked
"I was talking to Daniel." He shrugged

"So I told him she was with you and he looked mad." He laughed I chuckled
"Mr. Steal your girl." He chuckled
"First off, she's not his girl anymore and we're just friends." I said looking at my mom she nodded and put her hands up
"Sure." Sam said walking in
"Oh shut up." I mumbled
"How was your date with Sumer?" Gilinsky smirked Sam chuckled
"Good." He nodded

"Good?" Me and Gilinsky asked
"Great she's great, amazing, perfect it was all good." He blurted, I chuckled
"Some one is crazy over Summer." I teased
"And? You're in love with Alex." He said making my mom Aww
"Oh my god! We're just friends, even if I do like her she probably doesn't feel the same, because if I remember she's still I love with Dylan." I spat before before walking up to my room. I groaned and closed the door

God I wish I would've told her how I really felt, maybe now we would be together and she wouldn't love someone else
"So stupid." I said walking out to my balcony
"I let her go." I frowned
"Let who go?" A voice asked I turned to my left to see Alex
"Oh umm some girl." I lied she nodded
"Tell her how you really feel." She suggested I chuckled
"She's in love with someone else." I said she gave me a sad smile

"Well it's her loss." She said

"Aren't you supposed to be in school right now?" I asked changing subject
"Yup, only that it doesn't start until another hour." She giggled I smiled
"Is it that early?" I asked she bit her lip and nodded. Same old habit
"Did you do your homework Missy?" I asked her eyes went wide
"Shit." She mumbled running back into her room I laughed. I climbed over my balcony to hers

"So I'm guessing you didn't?" I asked sitting on her bed she shook her head
"Wow." I laughed she glared at me
"I was really tired so I fell asleep." She sighed
"Well you have an hour." I teased she chuckled
"Not helping Johnson." She said hiding a smile
"Aww I'm sorry." I said poking her cheek she rolled her eyes
"Then I have to shower ugh!" She said leaning on my shoulder

"You're fucked Alex." I said she hit my chest
"Thanks for the help." She said sarcastically
"Look you go shower, and I'll do what I can." I said
"Really?" She bit her lip
"Yea." I nodded looking at her lips but quickly looked away

"Thanks." She kissed my cheek

"Yea yea." I waved her off she giggled
She got up and walked to her closet
"What the fuck?" I whispered looking at the problems
"Having trouble there genius?" She asked
"Nah I'm good." I lied I heard her laugh I smiled and shook my head
"I'll be quick." She said walking into the restroom I nodded
