Chapter 46- "I'm forever ALONE"!
I walked downstairs and slung my backpack over my shoulder.
I walked into the kitchen then looking around making sure my mom wasn't here.
I walked to the fridge then standing on my tip-toes and grabbing my phone.
"What do you think you're doing"? My mom's voice said.
I jumped and dropped my phone and turned around to face her.
She crossed her arms.
"I need my phone for school" I said.
"Too bad, you're grounded" She said.
"But-"
"No 'buts' Tatum. Now go to school" She said.
I huffed and walked outside.
I skated down the driveway and down the streets of Portland.

I skated threw the halls of the school and girls shot daggers into me whispered things.
I shrugged it off and ignored it.
I came to my locker and River, Jake, Luke, and and Beth were all there talking.
I got of my skateboard and kicked the end making it go up to my hand and walked over.
I wrapped my arms around River's waist from behind.
He turned around and took my hands in his and smiled "Hello my beautiful girlfriend" and gave my lips a quick kiss.
I smiled "Hey".
"So you guys are together"! Beth said happily.
I nodded and blush crept onto my cheeks.
I walked over to my locker and opened it then putting my things in.
"So did you tell anyone about you and River"? Beth asked.
I shook my head and continued to put my books away "Um no, It's been chaotic at home".
I shut my locker and faced all of them.
"Translation: Your mom suddenly hates me" River said.
"She does not hate you" I said.
He rolled his eyes.
"Wait? What happened?" Jake asked.
"My mom basically told River at the hospital that I didn't need a boyfriend and for him to stay away" I explained.
River gave me a See-I-Told-You look.
"Speaking of which. Where's your phone Tatum"? River asked in a knowing tone.
I glared at him "Asswhole" I mumbled.
"Where's your phone"? Luke asked.
"My mom grounded me and took it away" I said.
"Why did you get grounded"? Jake asked.
"My mom found I went to River's and not Beth's" I said.
Beth said "But you've been to River's a million times".
River said "See, she suddenly doesn't like me".
I rolled my eyes "It'll be fine" I said and pecked his lips and started to walk away.
He grabbed my wrist and pulled my back "That's not a kiss".
I raised an eyebrow.
"This is a kiss" he said and then brushing his lips against mine.
