➳Write things by hand.
-Letters to friends, lists for the store, goals for the week, notes, something you need to keep track of, etc. improve your writing + handwriting➳Savor time to do nothing.
-Taking a break from society to enjoy long, drawn-out, sit-down teas that are for no other purpose than to spend time enjoying the time you have.➳Cook/Bake something nice just for the sake of doing so.
-It puts you in touch of something that's very human, and can be done lovely if done right.➳Getting dressy
-Plan/make outfits for the week.➳Books
-Actual hard cover books that you can sit down and read through. Feel accomplished that you are one of the few people in today's society that actually reads for fun. (I'm thinking about doing book recommendations, so look out for that in future chapters!)➳Making calls
-Call some relatives or old friends for no other reason just to say hi and ask how they're doing.➳Listen to music.
-Something most of us do everyday, and try to find meaningful lyrics. (Also going to be doing song recommendations in future chapters.)➳Clean
-Tidy up your room, get the stuff lying on the ground out of the way.➳Spending time with kids
-Do some kid things with them. Become the person that all the kids like. being good with kids can also get you a job.➳Travel
-go down the path that you haven't gone through in years. enjoy the nature, walk through town. especially if you live in big cities, explore. you might found out that the kiosk by the library has better coffee than your favorite Starbucks latte.➳Put personal health and well-being first.
-have a break coming up? use the time to take your own personal relax day. being a teen is tough, but your mental health is more important, despite what some teachers may tell you.★☆★☆★☆★
