I can't remember when the idea for this story popped in my head, but I remember writing down the first chapter in the airport while waiting for my flight. By that time, I haven't yet fully constructed the whole thing. I just thought I needed to start with the first chapter (and also because the flight was delayed for two hours). And the moment I typed the first few words, I knew this will be something different. And I guess it is.
I have always wanted to try something bolder, step out of the comfort zone (not too far from it but still close) and because of that I learned a lot. Not only about my growing writing abilities but also about myself as a writer.
The characters in this story had somehow become a big part of my everyday wanderings, especially Theo. I just love him. I hope I gave them justice and I really pray that I can get back to this work and start editing, though I highly doubt it is going to happen soon. I very rarely proof-read and edit my works because I tend to WANT to edit everything once I get started and I don't have the time for that. So please excuse any mistakes (technical or otherwise) you may have encountered.
As for you, my dear readers, I THANK YOU. I thank those who read not only my Fantasy and Romance works. I thank those who frequently commented and voted; those who patiently waited for updates; those who learned to love my characters and this story; those who gave their time to send me a simple--and sometimes gallant--gratitude for writing this work. I couldn't have been equally inspired as I was while writing the whole thing if not for all of you. I would also like to congratulate those who managed to successfully guess the identity of the killer. Well done!
Anyway, I hope that you will continue to support me with my other stories as I will continue to do my best to learn more and improve with each and every new one.
