Octavia Jones, 23, was recently spotted arriving in the Capitol. Sources are unsure of what she's here for, but some speculate she may be in town for the funeral of former beau/fling, Seneca Crane, 33, who was recently declared dead after searches for the missing Head Gamemaker appeared unfruitful. Those confirmed to be in attendance are new Head Gamemaker Plutarch Heavansbee and even President Coriolanus Snow. The private and exclusive service is expected to take place next Tuesday, where those in attendance will pay their respects to the man who had such a strong influence on the modern Hunger Games.
