It was a calm Sunday in L.A. California. All was quiet. Nice and warm, not the least thing I was worrying about. It was 9 in the morning as I walked down the sandy beach. I watched the many waves but it wasn't who I was looking for. I was looking for nonetheless, his boyfriend, Matt.

Before we started going out, I couldn't even trust Matt, after the so called incident where I was in high school. Matt was a bad kid, so he tricked me into liking him, no scratch that, LOVE him.

I haven't trusted Matt since then. But about a month ago, Matt had shown me his true passion. Ever since, me and Matt have always been a couple.

"Matt is just tricking you again.."

"I don't trust him."

I failed to listen to my friends. It was my problem, not theirs. Why get into my business?

A few minutes later, I spotted Matt who was patiently waiting

"Hey baby" I smiled, kissing him on the cheek before taking a seat on the sand.

Matt didn't respond. "Matt?"

"Oh sorry babe, I didn't see ya there."

"Baby, what's wrong?" I asked sliding closer to him. "Oh, it's nothing babe, except THIS!", he pulled out a letter addressed: 'To Ashley, My Outlaw'

"Recognize THIS letter?" I had a puzzle look on my face, I had never seen that letter in my life.

" THIS fell off your windowsill after I came to visit you a few days ago...so who is he?"

Then I remembered, I had thought that letter was from him.

"I thought you wrote it.."

"WELL, I NEVER wrote this letter.." he spat at me then paused. "Have you been cheating on me?"

"NO!" I shouted.

"I KNOW you are, baby... and I KNOW you're lying!"

"I promise you baby, I am NOT cheating on you...I love you."

"YEAH RIGHT! I know SOMEONE addressed this letter to you. Have you SEEN the front?!"

"Yes, but baby-"

"SHUT UP! I don't know WHY you would lie to me like that...I thought you cared."

"But baby, I'm NOT lying! I don't know who addressed the letter."

"You're cheating on me, Ashley. The proof is in my hands."

" But-"

" No buts! I'm outta here."

Tears filled my eyes. "FINE! We're done!" and with that, I left the spot I was and kept walking with tears streaming down.

I walked down the empty beach. It WAS empty, except for the kids and their mothers and the people out for their morning jogs or strolls. I always wanted to come to these beaches with the love of my life. Too bad I can't find one.

Then, something caught my eye. Ashley. What was he doing here? And all buy himself?

I heard faint sobs coming from afar. Hearing the sobs getting louder and louder within every second Ashley I came closer.

"Ashes, what hap-"

"Hold me,"

"But wh-?"

"Just hold me..." Ashley said through his choked voice, and grabbed onto my shirt, pulling me close.

Doing as he obeyed, I held on to Ashley as if he was mine. His tears wet my shirt but I didn't care. All I cared about was comforting Ashley while he was still crying.

Ashley soon let go, with me wiping his tears.

"C'mon, tell me what happened Ashes." I whispered in his hair while running a hand through it.

"Matt," he said through sobs. "...He, he thinks I cheated on him. Why would I do that? I'm loyal."

"Ok sweetie, calm down..." I said. "I know what will make you feel better."

"What?" he sobbed.

"Wanna get something to eat? I know you're hungry. My treat."

"Um....I guess I could eat."

I took Ashley to the nearest food shack and got him and me burgers and fries.

"You must've gone through a lot of trouble." Ashley giggled at the food.

"I'm glad you like it...but it's nothing outstanding really..just something simple."

There were a few moments of silence, until I felt a tug on my shirt, only to meet Ashley's lips with mines. It was a soft, sweet, and romantic kiss I ever had, and it was with my Ashes...mixed with cheeseburger and fries.

I started to kiss back, and wrapped my arms around his waist. He moaned in the kiss making me do the same.

"I never thought I'd say this.." Ashley said, resting his hand on top of mines. "..But, I LOVE you Andy..always have. I never said anything beacuse I didn't think you were into me-" I shushed Ashley as my lips caught his ad he smiled warmly up at me.

I smiled back, giving him another kiss. "Me too."
