I opened my eyes feeling pain in between my legs. I got confused until I looked down noticing a tatted arm wrapped around my naked body. All the events from yesterday flooded through my mind. I blushed slightly looking at august as light snores escaped his mouth. I didn't want to wake him but he ended up moving around. I turned my head from him seeing me stare at him as he slept. I looked up to see him already looking at me. He started playing in my hair as we just looked at each other. I guess we were both thinking about what had happened last night.
"Last night was..." He started.
"Amazing" I said finishing his sentence. He smiled looking at me.
"Uh I need to brush my teeth but I'm afraid I'm going to fall" I said. He chuckled.
"Want me to carry you " he asked. I nodded smiling
"Please baby" I said. He sucked his teeth getting out of bed. I noticed he was still naked also. He slipped on some basketball shorts before walking to my side. He tossed a T-shirt at me. I slipped it on as he picked me up.
"You know I wasn't planning last night" he said. I smiled.
"I know but I was" I said as he helped me stand up in the bathroom.
"Gah damn august my legs are killing me" I said feeling the pain throbbing as I stood up on my two feet.
"The benefits of having sex baybeh" he said as we brushed our teeth.
"I wish you told me earlier" I said as I washed out my mouth.
"I can make it hurt worst if you want me to" he said kissing on my neck. I bit my lip pushing him away.
"You so nasty but you can shower with me" I said as I limped back to the room.
"Most definitely" he said watching my struggle. I pulled out my clothes before tieing up my hair up.
"Come on baybeh" i heard august yelled. I grabbed two towels before walking back in the bathroom. August was already in the shower, so I had took my shirt off and I hopped in. He stood underneath the shower faucet so my hair wouldn't get wet as we washed each other up. It was a comfortable silence and he didn't push up on me yet which I was thankful for since my legs gave out on me.
"Baybeh" he called out breaking the silence as we dried off.
"Yes august" I said looking at me.
"I meant what I said yesterday" he told me. I scrunched my eyebrows up in confusion.
"What are you talking about " I asked sliding my leggings on. He sat on the bed looking at me.
"When I said I love you. I didn't say it because we was in the moment, I actually meant it" he said. After I got my shirt on, I walked in front of him. He grabbed my waist.
"August I meant it to. You showed me what real love is beside my mama. The affection and sparkle in your eye gives everything off. I love you and only you" I said making him smirk. He about to say something slick.
"Who wouldn't love me" he said. I playfully punched his shoulder. He chuckled.
"Let's go out for breakfast, I'm feeling waffle House " I told him.
"I'm cool with that" he said as we both got our shoes on. I grabbed my phone as we walked out. I took a seat in the car as he closed my door.
"How your legs feel?" He asked.
"They still hurt but I guess I'm going to have to stretch them out." I told him. He nodded.
"I didn't know I was putting it down that good on ya" he said laughing at his comment. I straight faced him as he kept on laughing.
"Y... Yo face so...." He couldn't even finish his sentence because he was laughing to much.
"Oh boy that was funny" he said wiping his tears as we pulled up to waffle House.
"Baby it wasn't even funny " I said cocking my head to the side. He bit his lip from laughing any more.
"Ight come on" he said grabbing my hand still trying to regain his calm. I shook my head as we got seated quickly.
"So how was prom for you" I asked.
"Way better with you " he said looking up from the menu. I blushed slouching down.
"Hello, I'm Tracy and I'm gonna be your waiter today. Can I start y'all two off with some drinks" she asked. First waiter who doesn't give august googly eyes. I smiled.
"Sprite for the both of us" I said. She smiled nodding.
"Okay I'll be back with the drinks" she said walking off.
"I know you probably don't want to talk about it but what happens with us when we go to. College" he asked. I bit my lip looking down playing with my fingers.
"I honestly don't know, I dont want us to separate" I said. He grabbed my hand kissing it.
"I dont wanna hold you back from anything" he said letting his thumb caress the top of my hand. I sighed looking at him.
"But we shouldn't end us. Over college, long distance can't be that hard " I said.
"I guess not since your college is an hour an a half away from mines" he said.
"I'll hold you down no matter what" I said. He smiled leaning over kissing my lips.
