"What the hell?" Rick asked, walking into my kitchen.

I looked at Judith who had cookie dough all over her, and barely any cookies in the actual pan.

"We're makin' cookies." I replied.

"Are you going to stick Judith in there?" He joked.

"What's up, bitches?" Tara asked, a Polaroid camera in her hand.

"Making cookies." I replied, taking the dough from Judith's hands.

"What are you doing?" Rick asked her before wiping the cookie dough off of Judith's face.

"Making you remember what you lost." She answered.

I grabbed a paper towel before wetting it and wiping Judith's face off.

"So, how are you and bitch?" Tara asked Rick.

"She doesn't really like me right now." Rick laughed.

"I'm surprised she doesn't make you sleep outside." Tara laughed.

"She did." He replied.

"What?" Tara asked.

"I slept on the porch last night." He replied.

"You're joking." She replied.

"Nope." He replied.

"You know what I found on Judith this morning?" I asked.

"What?" They asked at the same time.

I raised the back of Judith's shirt up, showing a hand imprint on her back, with two big bruises on either side.

"Holy shi--"

"I'll be back." Rick replied, walking out of my house.

"He's pissed." Tara stated as I put the pan of cookies in the oven.

"Let's get you bathed." I laughed, picking Judith up and taking her upstairs.

"Bubbles!" Judith screamed as I drew her a bath.

After stripping her of her clothes, I sat her down in the water.

"Here, I found her some clothes." Tara replied, setting some pajamas and underwear on the sink.

I gasped, Judith splashing water so hard that it splashed out of the bathtub and onto me.

"Got it!" Tara exclaimed, the film sliding out of her Polaroid.

-

"What are you doing here?" I asked, opening my front door to Rick who was drenched in water.

He took his hand off of his stomach, revealing blood.

My eyes widened as he stumbled backwards before I grabbed his arm.

"Tara!" I screamed.

"Is Denise here?" I asked.
