Basketball

1. In basketball, throw the ball at the referees rather than the hoop.

2. You could also "accidentally" miss the ball if it's passed to you.

3. Trade jerseys with someone from the opposing team,

4. If someone cheers for you, turn to them and yell quite loudly, "SHUSH!"

5. Throw yourself up at the hoop instead of the ball.

6. Just lay there in the middle of the court, doing nothing.

7. Run around without your shoes on. Say the squeaking was driving you insane.

Softball/Baseball

8. When you're running around the bases and they're about to get you out, spit in their faces and continue running.

9. If you have to slide, slide so hard that the base comes out of the ground. Believe me, I've seen it happen in my games, and it takes a few minutes to get it back in if you get enough dirt underneath it.

10. If you're really good at controlling your hitting, and your just good at hitting, continuously hit foul balls.

11. When you run up to catch a ball, slip and fall. Blame the wet grass.

12. If you get someone out, make up your own sound or saying for when it happens. Examples, "YE-UH!" "Splat!" "Ha!"

13. Catch a ball and when the umpire calls it an out, take the ball out of your glove and throw it to the ground.

14. Right before the pitcher releases the ball, start screaming a cheer for the batter up to the plate.

Golf

15. Continuously miss the ball.

16. Hit the ball in the opposite direction of the hole.

17. Use a rock instead of an actual golf ball!

18. Make rude side comments about other golfers, then praise the golfers.

19. Fill up the holes with sand from the sand pit.

20. Hit all of the balls into the lake.

Volleyball

21. Hit the ball out of bounds... Every time.

22. When you're about to spike the ball, hit upwards instead of down.

23. Hit the ball right to your teammates instead of over the net.

24. When you serve, hit the net instead of letting it go over.

25. Or hit the ball so it goes under the net.

26. Just stand there, not doing anything.

Track

27. Run alongside the track instead of on it.

28. When you jump the hurdles, trip over them.

29. If you're a fast runner and you're far in the lead, just start walking.

30. Do cartwheels instead of running.

31. Grab another track person on you and force them to run with you. If they refuse, don't run at all.

Tennis

32. Hit the tennis ball so it hits the opposing player every time.

33. Dont do anything.

34. Hit the ball backwards.

35. Start screaming for no apparent reason.

36. Catch the ball and then throw it over the net.

37. Pretend to have a rock convert with your tennis bracket.

Swimming

38. Just stay still.

39. Pretend to drown.

40. Find a bunch of pool toys and play with them instead!

41. Stay out of the pool.

42. Complain of sudden swimming cramps.

43. Tell everyone you just ate and you can't swim for at least a half hour.

44. If you're a girl, say you ran out of tampons and cannot swim.

Cheerleading

45. Purposly fall off of a pyramid.

46. Dance to your own beat.

47. Throw your pom-poms up in the air randomly and stomp away angirly.

48. Cheer for the opposing team.

49. If you speak a different language, cheer in that other language.

50. Start singing.

Hockey

51. Fight with your stick.

52. Fall every 6.3 seconds.

53. Smash yourself against the wall and yell at your imaginary friend.

54. Skate in figure 8s.

55. Cheer when your team's goalie misses the puck and it goes in the net.

56. Bump into your teammates.
