THE COUNCIL:
The Council consists of the two leaders from each race (list above) who form The Council of The Unbelievables, this councils main role is to hold fairness between their world and humanity whilst also going undetected. The two leaders from each race make rules for just their race (as all races have different characteristics) and are usually a married couple or sibling and are seen as almost royalty to their race. The Council though make rules for their entire world for when they congregate, especially when it involves more than one race or is a major issue, all major changes has to be debated within the Council, it is like a court. The royalty for each race must constantly update the other members of The Council when they meet which is very often; they converse daily, although it may not be face to face. The Council has a database of the members of their world, like a census, which explains the populations of each race, the packs/covens/groups they are in or have been in and also their mates, this is to monitor their world just like the human government does. Only strays such as Werewolf rogues and Vampire drifters for example are not in the census as they are usually untraceable in such a huge world, although hunters do deal with these members.

SOUL MATES:
Every race from this world have mates, it is possible to have same sex mates and human mates. There was a long period of time where soul mates were unheard of, centuries, they were considered just myths and legends of their own worlds, however recently (late 1990s/early 2000s) the soul mates myth was proven to be in fact real, as told in the story; If I Can Love You, Why Can't You? As Will and Tanze where the first couple to be soul mated after centuries. Before than members within this world married people within that world and usually only from their own race, never humans as it risked exposure.
There are multiple things that signify that you have found your mate:
- Desire of their soul mate.
- The creature within you for example wolf demanding actions and that person, taking over.
-Overwhelment of awe towards their beauty.
- Overbearing smell.
- Touch, once they touch for the first time the female, especially humans, will grow weak and light, the touch affects the males but not as much, it is their role to take the weight for the female and bring back strength, this usual is sugar.
- After soul mates touch for the first time a mark in time (usually overnight) will appear on an area of their skin, places and size varies. It appears to be a form of rash and can be highly sensitive. To finalise the mating, both couples can either propose to other in being their mate, making love or both mentally or verbally speaking of their acceptance for one another. The mating will not be completed unless both persons accept one another, they cannot lie about accepting. Once fully mated a pattern of their own individuals (none are the same) is etched into the skin where the like rash was, it is usually only ever in black and appears to be like a tattoo, it is on both members and is a weak spot when touched by their mate. This mark is a statement of being taken and untouchable, warning off others.
- Soul mates cannot; break a promise or lie. If they do a deep scar/cut will appear on a part of their body (usually their shoulders) to signify their betrayal towards their mate. It cannot be healed unless their mate forgives them verbally or mentally, again they cannot lie about forgiving their soul mates.
- A database is held of who members are mated with and if the mating was finalised or not, it also includes their race and their role within their world.
- Each couple of soul mates have a specific power/strength that can be found once they are the strongest together as a couple. Such powers involve talking mentally (the most common), and being able to see through their mates eyes. For a human and fantasy couple it is less likely to hold powers/strengths.
- Mates are able to locate their other half through a tug within their body which guides them, like instincts. They also have the ability to feel their emotions and pain if wounded.
