Chapter Two ◼️ Pink Bow-Clip

The bell rang for dismissal and at the exact same time that Megumi walked out of the school gates,she saw her lover,he looked so depressed. His eyes were swollen red,he must've cried.

She was about to step in and comfort him but she noticed something...

Who is this girl with him?!

All the sirens and buzzers rang through Megumi's ears. She stayed alert as she watched from behind a wall.

She looked young,younger than Megumi. This is inappropriate! They held hands as they sat on a nearby bench of the school garden. She managed to let him laugh again by saying jokes or poking his soft cheeks and the sight of them having fun with each other striked a sick feeling to Megumi.

She sighed in shame. She can't even comfort her own lover. He needed an annoying loli-looking girl to cheer him up rather than his own girlfriend. She wiped another tear that slid through her face,but she couldn't do anything about it. He's already perfectly fine and her presence would only be a nuisance.

Her lover grabbed something from his pocket and pinned it to the side of the young girl's bangs. It was a pink leopard-print bow clip. She looked adorable with it and he complimented her looks,the girl giggled..

"So that's the kind of girl that at you want me to be.."
She slowly dug her hand to her skirt pocket and it was her mechanical pencil. She stared at its edge. The sharper it gets,the faster it writes.

The school went even more crazy. All of the students were alert and even more careful. There was another report of crime and this time,it was a student from the junior building. The same building where Megumi is.

She feel empty and moved perfectly fine around the school as the other boys tried to warn her because of how much they cared about her but she refused to do so for a reason they don't know.

Megumi once again sneaked at the principal's office and saw a picture of a girl named Cirno Akita. The girl who died after Akinya Nakamura and she turns out to be the young girl who was with her lover at the school garden.

Her head was chopped off.

No more pink bow-clip that kept her adorable.

"You're still not perfect.. Nice try."

Megumi muttered and placed the folder back before the principal can come back.
