This was requested, and I thought it was pretty unique, and I actually am ambidextrous, which means that you can use both of your hands to do things equally well, such as drawing, writing, etc. Just thought this chapter would be different and a bit more interesting.

>Writing/Drawing

Use both of your hands to write/draw. Try drawing things that are symmetrical, and writing the alphabet and numbers. Some sentences you can practice with:

"The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog."

"The lazy dog decides to wake up and be non-lazy."

>Practice makes perfect.

Try writing the alphabet and numbers out daily, and practice writing your name at the top of papers at school with your non dominant hand.

>Throwing/Catching.

This one doesn't really apply to me, because I can't catch or throw for shit, no matter what hand I'm using. Throwing and catching a football or stuffed animal are great exercises to become ambidextrous.

>Everyday tasks.

Other things you can do are brushing your teeth, cooking/preparing lunch, cleaning, etc.
