His hand was intertwined with yours as he shifted his position on the grass beside your still body. Stars shoot across the sky above the two of you as you notice all the beautiful constellations they make out of nothing.

"I love you, Rami." You speak lightly as he squeezes your hand in response. A breeze moves through the tress around you and leaves dance in your vision as the wind blows your way. You reach up to touch one and they fall just after you graze one with your fingers.

"(Y/N)," Rami spoke your name with such calmness that it made you even more sleepier than you were before. "I-I've been wanting to ask you something." He removes his hand from yours and sits up to grab something from behind him.

You look away from the stars and sit up to listen to what Rami has to say to you. He clears his throat and rubs his neck with uneasiness as you smile at how clumsy and shy he was being, considering you were the only two out in the pasture this late at night.

"I love you so much, (Y/N)," he says as you grab his other hand and feel a metal object sitting in his palm. "I never want you to leave my side. I want you forever. Will you marry me?"

Even though there was no source of light you could tell that it was an engagement ring laying in the center of his hand. You nod your head, unable to speak out of excitement and amazement. He grabs your hand softly and finds your ring finger, sliding on the ring with ease.

"Yes." You say finally as he kisses your finger then your lips as you place your arms around his neck to deepen the kiss and show that you love him just as much.
