oh, the moon.
with pieces hidden from the world,
with footprints from those who walked on it,
with dents from those who've hit it.
the moon.
oh, the moon.
and then there are those moments:
when the moon is full,
and it's so breathtakingly beautiful.
or those moments when
the moon changes colors
and it's just the most brilliant sight
that my eyes have laid upon.
the moon.
oh, the moon.
you are the moon.
