Verse 1
I was sitting out on a bench in my backyard,
When I saw him on his bike-
With wind whipped hair
And a naturally tanned skin,
Approaching from afar.
What I noticed was:
He was the man with the muscles!
Then I turned around and found another one-
Out on his porch, bent on all fours,
Trying to solve a complicated sum.
What I noticed was:
He was the man with the brains!
Chorus
That had me thinking....
Which one would I prefer?
The one with the muscles or the one with the brains
Or maybe just someone who isn't insane..?...
I know this is cliche but I have to say;
I so wish I could have a man with both the muscles and the brains -
Man with Muscles and Brains!
Verse 2
I was sitting in the park dreaming:
When I saw him leaning against his car -
A modern version of A Greek God!
With a physique that was completely above par!
What I noticed was:
He was the man with the muscles!
As I was drinking him in,
I turned around and there I found
Another one -
Surrounded by kids, performing complex tricks,
Trying to invent a game that they could play for a change;
What I noticed was:
He was the man with the brains!

That had me thinking....

With so many in front of me...
I wanted to know my destiny!
So I dug deep into me and learned, you see , that what I most need.....
Is a man with class and a man with a large kind heart! (X 3)
