I sigh as Bex pokes my cheek for the 10000000000th time. She and I had become best friends and we were having a sleepover. "Bex, please just tell me what you want" I say and she giggles "tell me more about Mel" she said. Bex is highly obsessed with my girlfriend and as much as I liked to talk about her, Bex already knew everything and managed to annoy me with her obsession. "You already know everything there is to know" I say and she pouts. As an answer to her pout I poke her cheek and she just starts screaming which causes my parents and brothers to run in worried about what's wrong. When they found out what happened, my brothers just go downstairs to continue playing GTA with dad while mom starts lecturing Bex.. Again. And all I can do is laugh which causes my mom to try to lecture me too and then laugh. After my mom left Bex hugs me tight and starts talking about work and I get lost in my thoughts. "What's on your mind?" She asks and I smile "nothing" she just glares at me and says "tell me" I sigh and stary to play with my hands. "My.. Well I guess I shouldn't call them my parents anymore, but uhm.. The people who raised me sent me threats, saying that if I won't go back to Holland with them they'll kill my family and burn down the house. I don't know if they're capable of doing such things but.. I don't want to risk hurting my family" I say and I start to cry. Bex just comforts me and talks about how she'll kick their ass when suddenly Patrick walks in. "Hey.. I heard you talking.. You should tell mom and dad.. They can help" he says and hugs me. The fact that he hugged me made me cry even more. You see, my brothers love me and look after me, but none of them ever hugged me before. Untill now. The rest of that night my brothers just sang songs for me, my parents and Bex as we decided to have a family night and solve all the other things as soon as we can

I'm so grateful to have this family...
