I am not my hair, I am not this wig I chose to wear. It is not my outfits, my clothes that determine my value. I am not my makeup for it was something that I do for fun, it was never to look a certain way or to be ones definition of pretty. I am not my weight for I am comfortable with who I am and what I do. For what I am is a person who is trying to find my place in the world. If I chose to or not to look a certain way, it's my choice. It took me a long time to be confident and love me. A lot of people left my side and done me wrong, talking about me, tried to change me so "ME" is all I have left and I love it...and me.

~Chapter 14~

♡Debbie's P.O.V

"Do you really think it was the right choice?"

I looked at the ceiling. " Babe, I had crazier ideas, you always encouraged over half of them."

Aubrey slid me a bowl of nuggets. "I mean yeah but this is whole business Debbie.

"Well I thought it was a half business," I rolled my eyes playfully. "I really think I can do this hun. I just want my husband's support.

He side-eyed me as he got the pitcher of tea out of the refrigerator. "And you wouldn't do it if I say no?"

I laughed out loud. "Now we both know that answer."

"Uncle Justin is here!" Tori ran into the kitchen before doing a full turn out.

"He always comes at the wrong time,"

I ate one more nugget and look at my husband. "It's probably nothing." I got up and made my way to the living room.

My baby being over protective....again.

I smiled slighty.

"Justin,"

He put Julianna down and looked at me.

"What are you doing here?"

"I need you..again."

I eyed Justin. "Pardon?"

"I need a back up singer for a sound check in Newfoundland," He put his hands together. "I am begging you. I know you ain't really doing music anymore but it would be like old times."

Like old times? Ummm...
"Justin! There is a reason I'm shirtless, braless and there's a condom in you hand! It wasn't just a kiss, it was multiple kisses all over my body!"

"I don't know..."

He rolled his eyes. "Nothing is gonna happen, I promise."

Aubrey walk the the living room slighty, leaning against the door frame.

"Oh baby," I turned to him. "Justin wants me to rehearse with him."

"Alright."

Justin stood up. "So that's a yes?"

I have Justin a look. "I gotta make sure the kids are okay first but I'll text you." I walked with him to the door.

Aubrey looked at me before walking upstairs.

"Scooter, you should see the place, it is the perfect location for a restaurant," I typed as I talked in my phone. "The kitchen is the only thing thing done but the rest should be done in a month,"

"I'm glad you're happy, and they you are going to do it."

I closed my eyes. "Well, this has to great since a lot is on the line." I glanced at the photo of my family that sit on my desk. "Thank you for believing in me, Tell Levi I love him for me."

"Will do," he laughed slightly.

I hung up the phone and in my office chair.

Aubrey stared back at me. "So are you staying here for dinner or so you have to take care of something else?"

He made it sound like I don't eat dinner with him, like seriously? Was I the one going on tour most of this past year? No.

"Actually," I stood up. "I have to go meet with the employees that are going to be working at the restaurant that Scooter hired." I gradded my jacket off the chair. "Don't wait up,"
