Abby's pov://

I explained what all happened to her and was out of breath by the end. "But I love Daniel and only him. He's the only one I want." I finished off. (Baby All I want is you! In the middle of the night. I been thinking bout you like. Okay sorry I had to)

"Okay wow. My brother?"she asked.

"Yes." I sighed.

"Ignore him. He'll be okay. Just be with Daniel. I'll somehow tell him you have a boyfriend and he'll back off. Don't stress about it." She said.

"Great thanks Brook. Still saving my life." I laughed.

"Oh I love you Abby." She giggled and hugged me.

"I love you so much. I don't know what I would do without you. I would be a mess." I said.

"I'm tired. We should go to bed. It's almost 2 AM." She stated.

"Yeah. I'm tired too. Too bed we go." I chuckled.

We went upstairs to my room and I was out as soon as I hit the pillow. I awoke to Brooklyn walking sound in the room.

"What are you doing?" I asked suiting my eyes, because of the bright sunlight.

"I have to get ready for work." She replied.

"Oh okay." I replied and got up and closed my curtains.

All of the sunlight was giving me another headache. I laid back in my bed and groaned.

"What?" Brook asked and chuckled.

"I got a head ache." I answered rubbing my head.

"That's kind of normal when you have a concussion. Have you taken your medicine yet?" She asked.

"No."

"We'll go take it then." She said.

"I gotta eat first though." I replied.

"Then eat and take it. I'll see you later." She stated.

"Okay. Bye." I replied and she left.

I went downstairs and scrambled an egg and poured some chocolate milk. I pretty much cook or buy everything I eat. I mean, my parents are never here.. I don't even know where they are. They just add money to my bank account every week. I ate and took my medicine then went back upstairs. I got a shower and dried my hair and put on Nike shorts and a t-shirt. I brushed my teeth and decided not to bother with makeup. I don't feel like it. I went back into my room and checked my phone to see if I had any messages. Nope. That's weird... Daniel usually texts me good morning. Maybe he's just sleeping. No, it's almost 11:30. He never sleeps this late. I decided to just text him.

A- Good morning babe❤️

I waited a few minutes and never got an answer. He's probably just busy. Right then, I got a call from Hayes.

*Phone convo*

H- ABBY! You didn't tell me you were hit by a freaking car!
A- Hayes, calm down. I'm fine.
H- What happened?
A- It's a long complicated story.
H- I got time.
A- Hayes...
H- You don't want to talk about it do you
A- no... not really. Sorry not right now.
H- That's alright. I'm just glad you're okay.
A- Thanks Hayes. Actually I kind of feel like talking. Can I FaceTime you?
H- Yeah of course.
A- Okay. I am right now.

*end*

I ended and face timed him. His face appeared on the screen.

"So. What happened?" He asked.

I took a deep breath and laid on my stomach on my bed and started explaining.

"So basically, I was at Brooklyn's house and I was talking to her brother...well comforting him. That's a long story. Anyways, he kissed me and I didn't kiss back but I just kind of sat there, then pulled away. I left like really quickly because I didn't know what to say or do. And I was jogging to the park and thinking too much and the last thing I saw was a truck coming at me until I woke up at the hospital."

"Oh my god. What could you possibly been thinking about?" He asked.

"Well I felt bad that I let him kiss me. I mean, I still don't know why. I don't like him like that, at least I don't think. I love Daniel....not him." I shrugged.

"But you didn't kiss back. Why do you feel bad?" He asked.

"I don't know. I just do.... Wait there is more actually." I said remembering last night.

"And what is it?" He asked.

"Well yesterday, he came buy and brought me flowers and stuff... Like that cheesy 'get well soon stuff ' but it was cute, but anyways he stayed and we were watching Netflix and I fell asleep. Then... I woke up and we were both asleep, but kind of cuddling."

"Okay... You were asleep. Why do you feel bad? Is that all that happened?"

"Yes. He left after that." I replied.

"Well you shouldn't feel bad. You can't control any of that." He responded.

"Okay. You're right. I'm gonna go talk to Daniel." I said.

"Okay. I'll talk to you later. Bye Abby." He smiled.

"Bye Hayes." I smiled and waved then ended.

Daniel still hasn't responded. Maybe somethings wrong. I'm gonna go see him. I slipped on my Yeezys I just bought and went downstairs and started walking over to his house. I squinted my eyes at the bright sunlight and climbed in his window and saw him sitting on his bed on his phone.

"What are you doing here?" He asked.

"I wanted to see you and you didn't reply to my texts." I answered.

"Why don't you go and see your other boyfriend?" He asked and rolled his eyes.

"What do you mean other boyfriend? I don't have another boyfriend." I asked confused.

"Don't play dumb. If you don't love me anymore just tell me!" He said tearing up.

"I'm not playing dumb. I love you so much. I really have no clue what you're talking about." I replied and teared up also.

"That guy you were sleeping with last night on the couch." He stated.

"Okay. That was never meant to happen. I just fell asleep and not like that. I swear I don't like him like that at all." I replied and sat beside him.

He pulled me to his chest and hugged me tightly. I wrapped my arms around him and heard him say "I'm sorry."

"It's okay. I get it. There's something else I want to tell you though." I replied and pulled away.

"Okay. What is it?" He asked.

"Well the guy's name is Parker and a couple days ago he kissed me, but before you get upset, he was just upset and I didn't kiss back. I promise" I said.

"Okay. I believe you. I love you Abby." He said.

"I love you too." I responded and pressed my lips to his.
