Chapter: Nine

"Dani, what am I suppose to do keep him here?"

"Liam, we don't have any other choice."

I heard from the other room. I got up and walked to the other room where I found Liam and Danielle speaking in rather high tones.

"Well he is on his way any ways." Danielle said

"Sir is there an issue?" I asked formally

"No there is none." Liam said shaking his head staring at Danielle

"Yes we do." Dani countered

"What seems to be the problem?" I asked laying my hand on my gun because it laid on my hip being comfortable.

"Liam and I have a dog and I can't have him at my flat any more and he needs to keep him here." She said switching her foot so she could lean on one leg and crossed her arms.

"A dog?" I asked mixed with question, excitement.

"Yeah, a dog his name is Loki." Liam said irritated

"Why can't you have a dog here?'' I questioned

"Uh-bu-Jesus Penelope we are being hunted by people should we add a dog into the mix."

"He could be a guard dog." I reasoned

"It's a puppy." He said

"He can start early." I said and I could see Danielle  smirk.

"What-Pen-Fine." He said

"Yay!' Danielle said jumping up and down.

"When is he getting here?" Liam said rubbing his face.

"In a hour." She said

"Okay" he said breathing out

"I'm going to slip out now because I have paperwork to do." I said walking out.

"Awkward." I said stepping in the kitchen

"What was awkward?" Harry said grabbing a banana

"Liam and Danielle's dog is coming here." I said

"That's cool." He said bored

"Yeah." I said excited

After a hour the door bell rang and Niall stood up to answer it.

"Sit down." I commanded and he plopped back down putting his hands up in surrender

I stood up and tuntucked my shirt over my guns and put the jacket I had over me quickly.

I walked over to the door and opened it to see a man in a work shirt with 'pups land' on it and he had a dog cage on wheels beside him.

"May I help you?" I asked in a British accent

"yes I have a Loki here for a Mr. Payne." He said handing a clipboard to me

"yes, I'm his cousin." I said handing him the clipboard after signing initals.

"Here you go" he said wheeling in the cart.

"Have a nice day." I said politely before closing the door.

Liam walked up and so did everyone else but I decided to slip in the back behind them to lean on the wall.

He let him out and the dog went nuts and started to run up to all of them and lick them and spazz. He stopped and looked at me and ran up to me, he stopped in front of me and I backed up farther into the wall.

"He won't bite." Perrie said to me.

I looked at them nervously and then back to the dog I slid with my back to the ground and bent down and slowly put my hand out for the dog. He came up and licked my hand and looked at me tounge out and tail wagging.
