7 Years Later

"Lyon, isn't this exciting? We're really at the Grand Magic Games this year!"

Chelia exclaims, standing up onto the edge of the watching stands where each guild team is at. The white haired ice mage nods, his eyes just a little bit brighter than they were seven years ago. As of now, he isn't very focused on the games, but rather the importance of this particular day.

It makes his heart twist in pain. A burning sensation starts in his eyes as he is on the verge of crying.

Today is the seventh anniversary of his beloved (Y/N)'s death, where she sacrificed herself for the team. He still hasn't accepted the fact that she is really gone. He hides it from his friends, knowing they will only give him looks of pity.

"-on, Lyon!" With a heavy sigh, he looks up to see Jura and sees a little bit of worry peek out from his, usually stoic, exterior.

"What do you want me to say, Jura? I miss her every single day! I regret letting her sacrifice herself for us...She would still be here if I had just manned up and helped her!"

Lyon hits the wall behind him with his fist and looks down, his hair falling in front of his face, causing a curtain of shadows to cover it.

The earth mage lets out a sigh of his own and whispers something to Chelia, who nods and walks away from the saddening scene, then patted Lyon's shoulder.

"You need to calm yourself. All of us know (Y/N) has been...gone for quite some time, but you can only grieve for so long before it gets out of hand, Lyon," Jura spoke sternly.

Tears drop onto the ground as the ice make mage lets out a choked sob as he responds to his friend, "YOU THINK I DON'T KNOW THAT!? Jura, I will think about that fateful day for the rest of my life with the regret inside of me that I could've saved her! I could've helped (Y/N)! She didn't have to die for us!"

Before Jura could get in a single word, the announcers' loud voices begin to speak over the large speakers, "W-What the heck!? There seems to be a surprise addition to the Grand Magic Games! E-Everyone, please welcome the Redemption Guild!"

Each person, from every guild's, eyes widen in shock and surprise as a group of (f/c) cloak figures enter the arena, consisting of six people. Five of the members fade away into the middle person, who seems to be the leader.

The leader removes their cloak, earning gasps from the audience and the guilds.

"N-No...It can't be...(Y/N)!!"

Lyon's voice is full of shock as he gazes at the uncloaked figure, who is a very beautiful woman he remembers very well.

Through the seven years that everyone has believed her to be dead, her (h/c) hair has gotten longer and now reaches the middle of her back.

It covers one of her (e/c) eyes, only revealing the other fully. She is wearing a pure white dress, making her look angelic. The emotions in her eyes show that she is anything but.

This will make the event all the more interesting.
