I sighed as I sat alone at the table of one of the finest restaurants in LA. My boyfriend, Jake, of two years has stood me up. I felt my eyes swelling up in tears. I'm his boyfriend! How could he do me like this?

"Are you expecting anyone else or would you like the check?" a lady asked me. She gave me a sad smile.

"I guess not..I'll have the check-"

"Let me pay that for you," a deep smooth voice said. I look up and there's this tall guy wearing nothing but black. He had eyes that were blue like the ocean. Hair that was long, black, and soft looking, and many tattoos all over him. He looked good. Real good. "While I'm at it, I would be dining with this...beautiful creature right here."

"Ok sir," the lady said and walked off. I watched as the man sat across from me and smiled.

"..Um, hi?" I said, not sure what else to say.

"Hello," he smirked. "Gotta name, beautiful?"

"It's Ashley." I smiled. 

"Ashley..beautiful..not like you though." my cheeks turned red.

"Thanks for the compliments, but I have a boyfriend." he chuckles sitting back in his seat. 

"That's nice, nothing wrong with paying someone a compliment. So, why are you all alone in this place?"

"Just wanted to get a bite to eat." I didn't want this guy to know my business, it's embarrassing.

"Did your boyfriend cancel on you?" I said nothing but messed with the food on my plate. The man's hand reaches over and gently holds it.

"I think he was a damn fool to let go such a masterpiece." I took my hand away form his hold. "Who are you anyway?"

"I'm Andy...Andy Biersack." he smirked. 

"Well it was nice to meet you Andy, but I think I'll go now," I stood up from the table. "Thanks for paying the meal." I walked away from him and entered the warm night air. I was pissed off, how could Jake be so forgetful? I look up in front of me and I spotted a guy that looked familiar. He was talking to some girl. Smiling, laughing, and just chatting up a storm.  I went to get a closer look and saw that it was none other then Jake. He was with another woman when he should have been with me! It made me feel even more broken when he went and kissed the girl. Tears filled my eyes as my heart felt like it was being squeezed. 

"Jake?"

He quickly detaches his lips from the girl and looks up at me with a surprised look. "Ashley?" I made my way over to him, ignoring the woman standing there. 

"I thought.....we had a date."

"Ash, baby I-" I took my hand and ended up on Jake's cheek. I was never the type to hit but dammit, I was mad. Mad at myself mostly that I've been doing this to myself for two years.

"Don't call me that! I thought you loved me, I thought we had something going on! I waited for you in there for a whole fucking hour!"

"Um, excuse me," I look over a the girl that was still there. "So Jake you going with this chick or what?"

"I'm a man!" I yelled at her. I looked back at Jake and sighed. "You know what, you can have him....I don't want him anymore. We're done."

"Ashes.."

"You have no right to call me that anymore.

"I-but I gave you that name." he looked hurt, which I wasn't buying it. Now he wants to care? he didn't seem to when he had his tongue in that girls mouth.

"Ash, I'm...I'm sorry."

"No your're not. Your just sorry you got caught....goodbye, Jake." I walked away from him back the other way when I ran into someone.

"Oh, sorry-" I look up and saw Andy. I frowned. 

"Are you following me?" he smirked. 

"I can not tell a lie, I was."

"You don't need to." I continued walking with Andy behind me and sighed. "Can you please stop following me?-"

"Have breakfast with me?"

"What?"

"Please, I know we just met but...I wanna get to know you," he hands me a paper with a number and name. " I saw the whole thing with your boyfriend. He's an ass to just throw you aside for some cheap whore. You deserve better than that." and he's the man I need?

"Andy....I.."

"Please?" his blue eyes filled with hope. "Just give me a chance. If you decided you don't like me, you can just forget we ever met...but I do hope you don't do that." I didn't want to just forget him. He seems like he really wants a chance. I bit my lip as I stared at the tall man still holding that paper. 

"OK, I'll call in the morning." he smiled wide at me. He grabs my hand kissing it tenderly. He looked up at me with his hand still holding mines. 

"Can't wait." My cheeks went hot. No one's ever made me feel this way before. So that morning the next day, was a new chapter in my love life.
