After waking up in the hospital with a severe case of amnesia, Alina Castillo is informed in vague detail that a terrible car accident has left her this way. With a lack of distinct answers, and injuries that don't line exactly up with a collision, she begins to have doubts about the validity of the tale she's been told.
The more she learns about her notorious past, the more she wonders whether the truth about her accident may be a lot more sinister than it appears on the surface. And when she begins having nightmares about an eerie forest and a figure veiled in shadows, she believes them to be memories.
Someone tried to kill her. Now it's up to her to figure out who did this and why, before they get another chance.
