Dawn of Spring

I tried something different last night. A not-so-good poem about the transformation from winter to spring. God bless :) Hope you all like it.

Barren sans the decorative foliage
Like they have been eaten by macrophage
Trees whisper a melancholic tale
The whole scene, dull and pale
As though frost bitten,
Sounds like a clattering kitten
Wrapped in a blanket, snowy white
Dipping cold, dreadful plight;
Frozen waters, pool and lake
Like a white hard creamy cake
Patiently and quietly wait,
To express their hidden trait
Blossomed petals, coloured
No nature's beauty blurred
Rays seeping through the canopy
Nature, she seems happy
At last, arrived the spring
Merrily birds sing
Welcome the new dawn
Hopping hither is a happy fawn
Charming is the transformation
Perfect for an ideal occasion
The season of love
A blessing from above.
