Dear Mom and Dad,
Don't worry. I do tell you everything. The only thing I've hidden from you is the fact that I was the one who broke the vase during the Christmas party last year. I never told you this because I was afraid that you would murder me slowly and painfully if you found out. But I blamed it on crazy Uncle Roger and you simply shook your head and forgave him. So since everything's sorted out nicely, you don't really have to punish me, do you?
(Plus, I baked you a cake)
(And did all my homework)
(And cleaned my room as well as Flint's)
