Chapter Five

Me and Taehyung walked to the closest cafe ordering a piece of cake. It was still raining outside but luckily when we walked out it was easing up. Once we ordered our cakes and drinks we sat down at a table in the back. Only one other person was in the cafe.

"Who orders a chocolate shake and chocolate fudge cake? Isn't that a little to much chocolate." I said laughing at Taehyung's choice of cake and drink.

"And a strawberry shake and carrot cake aren't weird." Taehyung said laughing back.

"No it's normal." I said trying to hide the fact I was a shade from laughing. I started eating bites of my cake. We stayed in silence as we finish eating. I heard soft pop music playing again in the back which made me hum along until I heard my favorite song.

"This is Lee Hi Hold My Hand! I absolutely love this song." I looked around to see no one around. I jumped up and started moving with the tune of the song. Taehyung just started laughing.

"Do you just randomly dance to songs in cafes?" He asked still laughing.

"If they are great songs, I do. Come on." I said pulling on Taehyung. At first he looked uncomfortable and said no. But then I started begging.

"Come on! It's just one song. Please. And plus there is no one around. It's not like anyone would see you." I said pulling on him still. He finally got up dancing along beside me. As the chorus started I grabbed Taehyung's hands. He seem shocked at first that I was swinging them along with the tune. I started singing along, but not to loud for the one employee to walk over at us.

"You really aren't shy about these things. I'm never one to do these things in public." Taehyung mumbled.

"Why? My motto is live life like you'll die tomorrow. Don't be afraid of what people think of you. Just do what makes you smile." I laughed. He finally let out a smile which made me smile even more. I couldn't help but feel butterflies. From the sweet song, Taehyung's beautiful smile. And the soft rain hitting the windows. It was just magically. Once the song stop we decided it might be time to get going.

"The rains not falling hard anymore. We should probably go now because this is just a pause. I watched the news this morning, saying it was going to rain all day" Taehyung said. I followed behind him as we walked fast to my house. Passing cars would try and splash water onto us but Taehyung would always pull me to the side as the water hit him instead.

Why did people ever think of him as a bad guy? He's extremely caring. And I can tell the pain in his eyes when Minyoona is brought up. It hurts him dearly to talk about his dead ex. I can't relate to his pain, but for the moment I can comfort him. I might be his only hope to helping find out who did those horrible things to Minyoona.

"This is me." I said once we stopped in front of my new home.

"Then I guess I'll see you tomorrow." Taehyung awkwardly said walking backwards. I took two steps forward kissing him on the cheek. I was only kissing his cheek for helping me earlier, but once I kissed his cheek a ultimate feeling ran through my body. A feeling like no other. A feeling I've never felt once in my life. My heart started racing as I just ran to my front door closing it fast behind me.

Once inside I took deep breaths in and out. Why am I like this? It's not like he's my first kiss, but I've never felt anything like this. I started to think I might have feelings for Taehyung when reality hit me. I'm just trying to help him find Minyona's murder. Falling for Taehyung is completely out the question. I'm just friends with him.

Friends? Or can it be something more.

I decided to update this pretty late and I know it's short. But I decided to make this chapter a little sweet and fluffy. Because soon I'm going to make it pretty 😈😈😈

Like I said once before, this isn't one of the R for sexual. But maybe R for violence and gore. And in the chapters to come this story will really show them. Thank you to for reading. The
