"I can't believe this." Kyler was looking through an expanse of forest that moves around the camps of tents. As if like, the very camp for the war itself was alive and is always ready to make sure that everyone was ready at moment's whim. They were looking towards a vast array of races from fairies of different sizes and were-folks of different species. The more they look around, the more they are amazed, except for a couple of people.

"Now, everything gets real," Kry spoke to himself while staring at the very large Ent where a dozen or so of manakettes are nesting. "I have never seen them so vigilantly looking out for the whole camp." Somewhat intimidated, he just kept staring at them, even though he only see a colored stick figure with a little more potruding features.

"This war," X paused a second that made everyone looked at him, "This war is an annihilation of a race right?" He tried to look either for Alex, Erwin or even Yoru, but they are nowhere to be found. "Where did they go?"

"I think I just saw them when we teleported here, but, now that you mentioned it." Reighn looked around, looking for a sign for the three men that was supposed to be their guide.

"Maybe we should ask someone on that tent?" Thirdy pointed a rather lavish tent near the Ent. Everyone reacted to Thirdy because the tent was sure to be the headquarters for the officials to meet and plan for the next move. And then, everyone remembered that Thirdy was blind and can only see lines and not colors, which made Thirdy confusingly look at his companions. "Shall we try?"

"We'll if asking for information, AmLorr and I can get additional tidbits about this camp and the war for our referrence later." And with that, AmLorr changed into a small pixie and Rafaeil changed into a small cat and both of them flew away from the group. The rest of them looked at the camp again. Even though the field was lush with green and you can't see or even feel the hint of war, they can all smell one thing. Danger.

"I'll go fly to those manakettes over there and maybe I can also get a clue on what had happened so far." Before, flying, Kry noticed another member of them missing. "Where is Hope?"

"Maybe Yoru brought him to the healers?" Reighn suggested, and without any firm reply, Kry nodded and took off fast.

"Shall we?" Thirdy asked and the rest of them walked towards the green landscape just below and trying to avoid any more eyes and suspiscion. As they walk, they noticed that the very landscape they are walking in to has a rather healthy ocean of grass that doesn't go above their ankle and acts like a cushion for them to walk comfortable. The air doesn't smell blood, iron, or even sweat from the different races even though they can see that they men and women working around are sweating, or dealing plainly with metals for forging or repairing armors and weapons. The wind was cold and fresh and most of all, the people they are passing seems to be hostile, but have a rather sound judgement to just take a look and return back to what they are doing. They didn't expect a camp of this size to be more, disciplined.

"They seem to be uninterested?" Reighn asked the two boys while trying to cover himself with the clothes of the two elves. Even though what they wear had bloods and signs of burnt and weather, the people they pass isn't interested, and no one was questioning them, whether where they came from or where they are going to.

"Oh, I didn't expect that the three of you will get this far." They heard a familliar voice which made Kyler irritated, Thirdy a little cautious, and Reighn smile with delite. They turned their backs and saw Kidd and Lamia looking at them with a their battle clothes on.

Kidd was wearing a simle leather armor that has holsters for knives on the waist and a full robe that coveres his entire body with boots to match the white and black coloring of the robe with hints of runes on the shouldes down to the arms. Kidd's eyes are black meaning that, he can't see them with a noraml vision, but the three knew that Kidd can see more what a normal person can't.

Lamia on the other hand wears a rather light clothing that covers almost all of her small body and a line of bandages on the neck, and wrist. The clothes are well fitted to her that shows her underdeveloped body, but well enough to show the curves beffiting for a grwoing teenager. Her blades are resting at her back with locks of metal and chains around it.

"Well, we were not sure whether you can survive the trip, but the mission itself was a failure." The three of them doesn't know what to react, the boys seems getting aggitated while Reighn was looking at the other side while her left hand touched her right elbos and head lowered. "But, we were not able to see that the Dark Children are going after you." And the two kids bowed, "we are sorry for putting you in that kind of experience."

"Care to explain what those Dark Children are?" Kyler asked them in a more controlled temper.

"Maybe I can enlighten you in that one." The three kids heard a soft but prideful voice at the back of them and turned around to see a beautiful lady in a robe and a a kid with purple dragon wings hovering around. They all thought that she must be the leader of the camp because people are starting to disperse, leaving what they are doing. Even Kidd and Lamia began walking around on the other direction. "But first, we need to have everyone of you in our tent. I have their teachers fetch them and make sure that we can talk mmore about it." and she reached out a hand. "I am Zeth by the way, acting commander of this camp."

After walking for a set of minutes, they all found their way near the big tree and tent, but was surprised that the two waltzed inside in a tent that was a little smaller, but can still hold a few grown man to talk. Upon entering, they all saw the other, but without Alex, Yoro or Erwin on it.

"Now that everyone is here, and since your arrival here, you have heard the term Dark Child right?" Zeth questioned them which all of them nodded for a response. "You see, they are also a bearer of memories, that was captured by the alliance of humans and Demons. Like your friend, Ean." And all of them remebred Ean, espcially Thirdy who saw him how changed he was.

"Dark Childs are a more powerful version of you guys, that is why, you always barely escaped those series of attacks to you. They wanted you to fall in despair and use that negative emotion for their purpose."

"So, what are their purpose?" X asked.

"They wanted to ressurect Fate and Ralnea to their side." And with that, Zeth's face grew dark.

"Fate and Ralnea? Who are they?" Kry asked the ladies, but they turned their faces towards Rafaeil who was quietly sitting on the the corner of the tent. Rafaeil blew a sigh of stress and stood up.

"We all know that essences are the one that represents the majority of natural events here right?" Everyone nodded. "Now, why do you think that fortune tellers as well as the creation of new species - or evolution, doesn't occur now?" Rafaeil paused a little looking at everyone's eyes. "Why do you think there are a set of limited races here on the planet, even though some hundred years back, there are an abudant races living here and there?"

"That is because, the essence of creation and evolution is dead." Everyone looked at Rafaeil with surprise. But Rafaeil isn't finished yet. "See, when Fate was destroyed centuries past, the essence of creation made sure that life itself will continue on. But the disappearance of Lady Zeth and the others, three centuries ago and returned here, creation and the birth of new species stopped suddenly."

"Even though life itself continues, and ideas still coming up for a new invention, a new found spell, birth of new species and races stopped suddenly. Because the two poweful essence of life itself was gone."

"But they are not entirely dead yet. Well, it is true that Fate will come again soon, but Creation itself is still sleeping, with his body, soul, and memories shattered around dimensions and on this planet." The dragon girl continued on with the explination of Rafaeil.

"We have two of three of the body of Ralnea, one-fourth of the memories, and half of the soul. But with that, we are afraid that we can't even wake him up yet." Zeth explained.

"The reason?" X asked again.

"Because the Dark Childs are the memories, soul and body of him, and the Humans have them and are controlling them through deception and black magic they learned from the demons." Zeth looked to the dragon girl and in turn nodded.

"For now, rest, and meet me here after three days. You all had a terrible time fighting Hope's mother from the Capital." Even though there are a lot of questions in their head, they all went outside and met their teachers who showed each of them their quarters in the camp.
