He wrap his arms around me as we walk into the school. Coincidently Jenny and Derek are walking into school at the same time, even with the colder november air and fog, she still looks like sunshine. "Hi Jenny." I give her a hug and the boys exchange greetings.
"You look beautiful Jenny!"
"Thanks. So do you!"
"Listen" she whisper "I need to raid your closet." We raid each other closet all the time so I don't know why she is whispering.
"Sure." I wishper back. "Why are we whispering?"
"We have a date on Saturday night and I need something to wear."
"Oh okay." The boys laugh at something and we start heading into school. We are by a sitting section when Kim joins us in a black faux fur coat, her hair in a high tight bun and black skinny jeans. So valley girl meets new jersey, but it works.
"Hi babes" she greet Jenny and I. "Mason, Derek.... Dustin" she scans Dustin, who just join us nonchalantly.
Dustin makes fist pumps in the air. "Party Saturday! Who's turning up!" It's not a question. "The rents are away on business." I guess Mason wasn't going to tell me maybe he wasn't planning on going.
"We have a date, but we can drop by after." Derek said. Dustin turns to Kim.
"How about you fiery mama?"
"Don't ever call me that....but Yes." Kim retaliated.
Dustin nods with a smirk "Hmmm just how I like it." He looks at Mason.
"Should be a fun night." I chime in, feeling like the only person he didn't look at or offer the party invitation.
"Fun!? More likely fucking awesome! Bitches, drinks and bitches."
"You are disgusting." Kim scoffs
"So when does it start? Is there anything me and Mason could do?" I ask I want to go now. Kim and Jenny are going to be there. He looks at Mason and back at me, but didn't say anything. Did Mason say something to him?
"No it's fine. He got it handle." Mason smile.
"Alright folks come prepared to party!! Grads and college girls only.. don't bring anyone under eighteen." I know the senior boys are very cautious when it comes to their parties. They ID you at the door and there is no picture taking inside the party. As rich kids they can't afford to have any pictures online that will jeopardize their future or caught giving an underage alcohol. Dustin exits follow by kim, Jenny and Derek.
"Bye"

"Uhmm what was that about?" I ask Mason as we are finally alone and walking to my locker.
"What about?"
"Dustin seem hesitant to invite me to the party. He kept looking at you. Why? You were acting so werid."
"Nothing. I just don't think we should go to the party."
"It a party in honor of a team in which you are the captain of. Why wouldn't we go?"
"They are stupid...just drunk teens playing stupid games." He thinks I am going to get drunk and do something stupid.
"Oh I see what's going on here. You don't think I can handle myself at this party and you would be wrong."
