( Oh this is from Sora's preference by the way ) 

I watched her as she got struck down by Xehanort. My breath hitched as I watched her fall to her doom. A single tear ran down my face and I felt the most darkness I have felt in a long time. Probably ever. Xehanort knew about my love for Y/N and now after to being to careless I have failed to protect her from the evil's of this world. A shadow heartless rose from the ground. The keyblade war was half through as Riku raced after Y/N not seeing her turn into a heartless. 

" RIKU NO DON'T DO THAT!" I screamed with tears flying down my cheeks. I flew towards him blocking the swing as the heartless looked at me. It didn't attack it just looked at me. In my mind I knew Y/N was still in there. I made a choice a choice that would effect my life forever.

I decided to sacrifice my heart for hers. 

I took my keyblade and switched hearts ( An ability learned from Ventus ) I suddenly felt trapped in darkness and sat in sadness as I felt a guiding light come towards me. 

When I woke up Y/N stood there with teary eyes as I embraced her with a hug.
