Run Now or Run Never Chapter 7

Bere's p.o.v

Walking out of that room area was amazing. Felling the nights gentle breeze on my face loving the way my hair flowed in the wind. I turned to see the man next to with his perfect body and perfect smile. His pack all walked out to great us, the places they sleep were sleeping bags and tents. How could ever let his people live in these conditions. Like animals, just then i remembered they are animals therefore they should sleep here better here where they could run around like mutts. Sophia walked up to me and gave me a small ring. a beautiful black flower with 3 different sets of diamond on each petal. 

"What's this for?" I asked looking around seeing kids smile they obviously were to innocent to young to naive

"A promise ring from the Alpha" she said sounding pissed off. 

This meant i could final play. Mess with her because i have something she doesn't. I grabbed the ring and grabbed her hand and slipped the ring on her finger. 

"Well tell your Alpha I gave it to you as a promise that I will leave and I will not come back ever" I said sincerely I didn't have the strength to fight I hadn't feed in days and I felt my throat burn with such an intense pain. A throbbing that wouldn't go away unless I fed. Eric looked at my eyes open and wide. I had embarrassed him in front of his pack of mutts. I looked away from him and into the eyes of his packs eyes. Fear, admiration, disgust was apparent in most their eyes of course they didn't want me as their Luna I'm a vampire for god sake's. Sophia started to talk off the ring. I grabbed her hand and looked into her eyes.

"Keep it I honestly don't want it" I told her. Being deprived for any amount of time made me a lot nicer because I was weaker and I couldn't fight. I never had gone this long without blood since I wandered the world alone draining as many people as I had wanted never asking for permission. I looked at Erik and his eyes said all. Pain and angry I hadn't expected anything different yet he had to know were we stood. I didn't want to give him a false sense of hope. I was leaving and never coming back just as I had said to Sophia.

Erik p.o.v

I was sure the anger and hurt is apparent in my eyes. Something else is different with her normally she would have pissed Sophia for her inner benefit just to mess up her night. She didn't though she gave her the promise ring that I had given Sophia to give to her. Each diamond was real and worth the cost just for her. I was a millionaire because my parents had left me this money and more my grand parents had billions hidden away so if I or the pack need money its there at my feet. We were only here in the forest because we were taking our annual camping trip and if it wasn't for this trip I would have never met my mate. Thank the lord that I listened to Sophia's whinny ass and decided to camp. My mate looked so fragile tonight even though she had looked fine a little while ago. I wanted to hold her but after what she had said it had my wolf on high alert he was mad he didn't want his mate to leave she was all his and no one else. No one was allowed to even look at her. 

"Brother Sebastian bring me my bike" I told one of my pack members my Beta and Omega were no where to be seen so they must have been running the perimeters. It wasn't a bike what he brought back it was beautiful motorcycle it was blue and my baby. I looked at Berenice and she was taking her jacket off. I looked at her boobs in the shirt she had to be at least a very big C cup or a small D cup it was a turn on. She looked amazing her hair was still a little wet yet the curls were already starting to define themselves. I sat on the bike and made enough room for her and handed her a helmet. she put it on. I drove getting away from my pack for a night would be the best for my little mate she's used to being alone and i've been forcing this on her like nothing. This was going to be my way to make it up to her make her see that she is special to me more than i led on she was the first star i see every night the one i wish upon with her here i don't wish anymore i know that only she is my one true love. She wrapped her small arms around me my wolf was happy and relaxed and I knew that in this moment if I were to die I would die truly happy. We got to the restaurant and she got off and stood there i pulled her along as we walked in.

"Reservations?" the waitress asked

"party of 2 Mr. Del Monte and wife" I said Berenice looked at me like i had gone crazy but stayed quite.

Bere's p.o.v 

I wasn't sure how to react to his was of reserving our dinner table. This restaurant I should have dressed a lot nicer but he didn't tell me anything.

"I have to go use the restroom I'll be right back" I said getting up and walked into the bathroom and there was a woman using the restroom i locked the door the woman came out. 

"Hey ummm mam you have something on your neck let me get that for you" I said to her. He let me but instead of helping her i drank the red liquid that my body needed the most blood. It was delicious. When i finished her off i threw her off to the side. I felt myself again. Bitchy and all I jumped out the window and ran 200 mph (miles per hour). Good bye mutt it was either Run Now or Run Never.
