Edit: I don't agree with or stand with Rowling on any of her views of the trans community. Feminism is about equality for everyone, and this does not exclude any community, much less ones that are already highly discriminated against. I don't support cancel culture and I believe in the power of growth, education, and resources, BUT we're talking about a billionaire middle-aged white woman here. She has the privilege and opportunity to educate herself on trans and lgbtq+ issues, but she has proven over and over again that she doesn't care, or that she will only perform surface level activism. Feminists support PEOPLE, no matter how they identify.
