Poem 43

I don't know why you became my friend,

We shared most of our secrets but it came to an end.

I'm not hurting for myself, I'm hurting for my other friend too,

We're both feeling guilt all because of you.

Do you not realize you're acting so fake?

You're the cause for these friendships that break.

Can't you realize you've done enough?

Getting through these things are really tough.

I'm disappointed that one day I was friends with you,

Told you all my secrets and personal life too.

Now you just leave and break this friendship apart,

I knew you were fake from the very start.

You fake your smile, and show your tears,

Your screams in vain are music to my ears.

You made me hate you, you're the reason for everything,

Once again, I'm alone on that swing.

To think I actually found someone real,

You crawled into my heart and my secrets you tried to steal.

Our friendship was dark, ugly and black,

Our memories and secrets, you can have them back.
