Chapter 20

Damien's POV

I sighed. "Yes! Finished my work!" I stretched because I have been sitting for hours looking at my laptop to do my work

The door opened. "Yow! Damien!" Luca said happily

I looked at him. "Why so happy and why are you smiling like an idiot?"

"I think I overcome my fear in the laboratory and I will be able to see the beautiful woman in the lab again later, I mean after 30 minutes." he said and sat on my table

"Can I see who is the woman that makes you happy like this." I raise my eyebrow at him

"Sure. Sure." he nodded. "Let's go to the hospital now, there might be a long line since this morning when I got there, a lot of people are waiting."

I closed my laptop. "Let's go. I don't like waiting." Then we left

We rode in different car since I have my own and Luca have his own car too. I followed Luca's direction until I discovered that we are going to St. Luke hospital.

We parked the car and went in the hospital. Luca walked happily to the laboratory. I find him very weird now.

There is no line in the laboratory. Luca asked the girl at the desk and she said that other people will get their results tomorrow morning.  I stood at the corner of the room.

"I guess my results are done now." Luca said

The girl nodded and went to a room.

I was shocked when I saw the girl with someone wearing a lab coat. Damn she is so beautiful, and hot.

"Allison." I whispered

She talked to Luca, they looked so close already.

"Oh Ms. Kelley. I would like you to meet my friend---" Luca said pointing at me then she looked

"Damien." My name sounds hot and sexy when she speaks it. "What are you doing here?"

"I came to see who is the girl that makes my friend here happy and found out that it was you." I walk closer to them

Luca cleared his throat. "So you guys know each other? Damien, Why didn't you tell me?"

"I didn't know that she is the one who took your test." I reasoned

Allison stood. "If you'll excuse me, I'll be going now. " she turned back "Martha did you call the next in duty?"

"Yes, I already did." So the girl at the desk is named Martha

We saw Allison carrying her bag and she is not wearing her lab coat anymore. She is done with her work.

"Hey. Let me drive you home." I said

"No thank you. I am taking the cab." she said

I grabbed her arm and held it tightly. "Hey let go of me." she tried taking my hand off her

"Dude, you're hurting her." Luca interrupted

" Stay out of this Luca. My fiancee and I have things to discuss." I carried Allison like she weighed nothing and left the laboratory and hospital

"Are you out of your mind? What do you want? Go to your woman." she said and keep on punching me chest

I ignored her. As we reach my car. I opened it and place her on the shotgun sit. After I took my sit, I drove off.

"You're sick." she said softly with hate on her tone. She crossed her arms on her chest and looked outside the window.

I sighed." I'm sorry Allison. I really am sorry. Please give me a chance and I will change, I promise."
