"Dodge!"

Pagkasigaw ni Asha ay kaagad na umilag si Elisse sa biglaang pag-atake ng guro. Her heart raced like a wild horse, she thought she's gonna die today!

"Observe your opponent. Being in a stationary position doesn't always do good." Sabi ng kaharap habang patuloy ito sa paggalaw.

Sumugod ulit ito at iniamba ang kamao kay Elisse pero kaagad siyang nakayuko at bahagyang napaatras ngunit mabilis niyang naibalanse ang sarili. She tried to launch an under kick but the latter quickly jumped ten feet away from her.

She stood up. Her breathing was labored because of too much fear, nervousness, and the sudden exhaustion as her body wasn't used at all with fighting. She's been sweating like a river in just a span of less than five minutes. She was relying on pure instinct with no known skills in both defense and offense. This is not so good.

Relax, stupid!

Kaagad niyang ihinanda ang sarili nang sumugod ito. Jennifer aimed her right fist directly to her but she was able to stepped back rightway, ran in circle until she reached the opponent's but was surprised when her teacher lurched at her face to face. Muli nitong iniamba ang kamao. She felt like her breath was cut off short when her opponent gave her a liver blow.

She sucked a lungful of air. She can't breathe properly. She can almost see birds around her vision, her focus became vague.

"Elisse!"

"Onee-chan!"

Bakas sa boses ng mga kaibigan niya ang pag-aalala sa natamo. Kailangan niyang umayos.

Napayuko siya at sunud-sunod na napaubo. She was gasping for air by that time and was thankful because her teacher was not yet making a move. This is torture!

Parang gusto niya umiyak ngunit hindi pwede. Alam niyang hindi pa 'yon todo pero grabe pa rin ito para sa kanya. Habol ang hininga na napalingon siya sa mga kasamahan. Nag-aalala silang lahat sa kanya. She didn't want them to worry too much. She knew she could surpass this class.

"Dodging is not always successful."

Tumayo siya pagkarinig ko no'n. She made a mental note. Tiningnan niya ang guro at nahuli ang pagngiti nito. Parang nangilabot siya sa nakita.

"Suko ka na ba?"

"Hindi po, Ma'am," She shook her head as she got into defense mode.

Sumugod ulit ito papunta sa kanya. Tumakbo siya palayo sa guro at hinayaan itong sundan siya. When she decided that her opponent's proximity was enough, Elisse stopped in a halt, twisted her foot clockwise to launch forward an attack, and kicked her but the teacher was able to quickly dodge almost out of reflex and once again aimed a punch.
