Rule #3: Throw away regrets
Regrets defined is to feel sad or sorry about something that you did or did not do.
Regrets may unfold pain or guilt.
But remember what Rule #2 taught us? 'Let the past stay in the past'.
Having regrets won't change the fact that you didn't do it or you did do it. Move on! Let it go!
Turn these regrets to motivation. Let it motivate you to become a better person. Let it motivate you to never let your mistakes happen once again.
Mistakes are part of every human's life. But won't define who you are and the better things you can do. Learn from it and let it lead you to a better path.
Stop living in a world full of 'what ifs'. Like, what if I didn't do it? Or what if I did it?
Sometimes the best thing is to accept the way things are and let it go. Somethings never go back to the way they once were.
