~MICHELLE~
It can't be. The person I saw can't be James. He was nothing like the James I knew. But then again, do I really know him? Of course I know him. But that just wasn't him. It couldn't be. But no matter how hard I try to deny it, I know what I saw. A different side of James. One I didn't want to stick around and get to know.
I ran to the closest border off the land which happened to be the northern one. My paws were loudly pounding on the dirt as I raced away. But that didn't stop me from hearing the tearing of flesh and loud whines. Tears spilled on to me fur making it slightly darker. I had told him that he was fine, that he had nothing to worry about. I felt horrible about leaving him there to die. I couldn't do it.
I made a sharp 180° turn and ran at full speed back. I had to make it, I just had to. Through the trees I saw James with bloodied flesh in his mouth before he tossed his head sideways letting it go flying. The sight of him so savagely made my stomach churn and bile rise to my throat but it didn't slow me down. I pushed my legs to go faster and I launched myself at him. Officially throwing him off the guy. I didn't even know if I could really call him that anymore. He was once again covered in blood and his body was in a heap while his feet were bended in odd angles. I wanted to take him to the pack doctor because his heart was barely beating and his injuries were bad. I heard a deep, very very angry growl and turned to see James looking livid. His fur was bristled and he was snapping his jaws with drool falling out of his mouth. I didn't even think he was in the right state of mind. I was sure he let his wolf take over which made my spot all the more worse. James may want me as his mate and wouldn't hurt me but his wolf was a different story. He didn't care who I was, just saw me as an obstacle that was in his way. An enemy or calateral damage, I didn't know but either one was bad. I shifted on the spot and bent down on one knee with my head down in submission. Yes, I was naked. No, I didn't care.
I kept my eyes glued to the ground and sent a message through the link only to him. 'Alpha', I said as a greeting and also to tell him I knew his title and where I stood. Below him.
He relaxed slightly and I seiged the opportunity to be reasonable with him. 'Alpha, we should take him prisoner and find out why he made the horrible mistake of crossing into our territory', I suggested, purposely filling my voice with disgust. I would rather the guy be locked up in our cells then killed.
He snorted clearly not liking it but he turned around and began walking away. 'You can take him then', he linked to me. I could tell by his voice he was still pissed. It was a mixture of pissed and calm. Weird yet scary.
I turned around and ran to the guy. His heart was very slow and soft. I couldn't move him, he could die or he wouldn't make it. So I linked Dr. Robinson, 'Dr. I need your help. I'm by the lake in the northern border. Please hurry.'
