Twenty Two - Rosemary dough sticks

Aria's POV

Cody pulls out a seat for me and I sit down and then he goes and sits opposite me.

The restaurant is way better then I expected. It is a rooftop restaurant that is located on top of the OXO tower. One side of the restaurant has a wall of glass and has a view of the city with the thames river and the London bridge right outside.

It's very elegant and probably expensive.

I smile and look at the little boats on the river that look tiny from all the way up here.

"You like?" Cody asks, smiling at me then looking at the view.

"Love." I say and pick up the menu. He chuckles slightly and looks at his menu as well.

"Hello, can I take your orders?" A waitress asks, smiling happily at us. Damn, that was fast.

"Um, I think I will have a piña colada to drink and to eat I'll have the eggs Benedict with salmon, please put the hollandaise sauce on the side." Cody asks after I say that I am still looking.

The stuff on this menu is way too expensive.

"For you ma'am?" she says, looking at me.

"Can I have bread sticks and tap water?" I ask.

"You mean the rosemary dough sticks?" she asks, slightly chuckling.

"Yes, the bread sticks." I state, nodding.

"Is there anything else I could get you guys?" she asks the both of us, trying not to laugh.

Cody smirks at me, "You sure that's all you want? I am paying, you know?" he asks me and I nod.

"Yeah, that's all. Thank you." he says to the waitress and she nods, walking away.

"You're having bread sticks?" Cody asks, laughing at me. "Why?" he adds, still chuckling and shaking his head.

"This place is expensive! Those bread sticks are five freaking pounds! I can buy, like, four large McDonalds fries with that!" I state and Cody puts his face in his hands, his body shaking with silent laughter.

"So Cody, tell me about you. I mean, I think this is the most you have ever said to me, probably anyone actually, so get talking mister."

He is about to say something but the same waitress as before interrupts, "Sorry to disturb you, the barista just wants me to check your ID to make sure you can have alcohol in your piña colada." she says, looking at Cody.

Cody pulls an ID card out of his pocket and shows it to the waitress and she nods and walks off. I chuckle, "Nice to meet you Jackie Lo." I say.

Cody chuckles and rolls his eyes, slipping the fake ID back into his pocket. "I thought you're over eighteen." I state.

"I am, I'm twenty three but I don't think people will react very well if they find out Cody Lolin is in their restaurant." he explains and winks.

Oh right, I forgot, I'm eating breakfast with a wanted killer.

Silly me.

"Wait, so how old are the rest of the guys?" I ask.

"Grayson is eighteen, Wilson is twenty one, Vincent is also twenty three, Daniel is twenty and Charlie is twenty two." he says and I nod, frowning.
